Rev. Lee Ann Franklin - Director, Spiritual Care and Ethics

Rev. Lee Ann Franklin is the Director of Spiritual Care and Ethics at John Peter Smith Health Network. An ordained minister in the Disciples of Christ, Rev. Franklin has served in her current role since August, 2017.
In her work at JPS Lee Ann and her team focus "on outcomes oriented chaplaincy and integrating the spiritual assessment model - helping patients analyze their needs, hope and resources, helping them define what their hopes are, helping them define their goals and working to incorporate those into their plan of care." In her words "the medical care a patient receives should be compatible with their hopes and goals, enabling them to experience the things that make life most meaningful to them."
Rev. Franklin received her Masters of Divinity degree in Pastoral Care from the St. Paul School of Theology and her MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business.
