Charles Luke, Ed.D. - Executive Director
Dr. Charles Luke has over 30 years of experience in churches, non-profit and public education organizations. He is an ordained minister and former school superintendent and holds an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas. Charles has been a pastor, teacher, principal, superintendent, and has taught university courses at the graduate level. In addition to this, Charles has held C-Level positions in both public and non-profit organizations.
Charles work has been marked by a concern for those overcoming addiction, for veterans and as a public education advocate. He began his career in the non-profit sector with Volunteers of America in Texas where served over a nine-year period as a state board member, as a Vice President and as the Chief Strategy Officer.
He has pastored churches in Oklahoma and Texas and currently serves on the board of directors of the Veterans Coalition of Tarrant County, the Faith-Based Advisory Commmittee of the Child Welfare League of America, and the Fort Worth Mayor's Faith Leaders Cabinet. Charles is married to Carmen Grider-Luke and has four boys - Matthew, John, Cayden and Carson.

Charles Foster Johnson, M.Div. - Spiritual Director
Charles Foster Johnson is the Executive Director of Charles Foster Johnson Ministries, an outreach providing spiritual care, friendship and leadership to organizations, churches, and individuals. He also serves as co-pastor of Bread, a new faith community in Fort Worth and as the Executive Director for Pastors for Texas Children.
Throughout his over thirty-five year pastoral ministry he has served churches in Mississippi, Kentucky and Texas, including Second Baptist Church of Lubbock where he led in a complete church relocation, and Trinity Baptist Church of San Antonio where he helped build a multi-cultural and multi-racial community of faith among the 6000 member congregation. He served interim pastorates with Immanuel Baptist Church of Nashville, Broadway Baptist Church of Fort Worth, and First Baptist Church of Brownwood.
He is a frequent preacher and speaker in university, church and business circles. He has written for numerous publications, and has made guest appearances on several cable network news shows. He is involved in civic and denominational life, and was named “Baptist of the Year” by the Baptist Center for Ethics in 2004. He was inducted into the Martin Luther King Jr. Board of Preachers of Morehouse College in 2008.
